REFURBISHED IN RECORD TIME.

Our competence and readiness to act came into their own when HYDROAGRI Brunsbüttel GmbH wanted a general overhaul of their conveyor and loader that transports urea from the factory to ships in Ostermoor Harbour:

After 21 years of operation and handling of 6 million tons, our specialists accepted the challenge presented by the 6.200 m² installation.

The Task:

The old seathing containing asbestos had to be dismantled and properly disposed of.The entire conveyor system was inspected; parts of the structural steel had to considerably deteriorated and had to be replaced.

Afterwards, the entire complex was grit-blasted conforming to SA 2.5 standard. Employing our mobile reprocessing plant on site, we could accomplish the work using only 50 tons of blasting material.
A total of 7 tons of solvent-free paint was used for full coats. Finally, the new sheathing panels were fitted.

KorroService was also entrusted with the planning and coordination of the project with the relevant local authorities and administrations, namely, Gewerbeaufsichtsamt and Amt für Land- u. Wasserwirtschaft.The contract allowed only 32 days for completion.

But after a mere 29 days (and nights) we had finished the job.

LOAD LAYOUT IN RECORD TIME REDEVELOPED.

Our competence and application readiness for the Hydro Agri Brunsbüttel GmbH with the major overhaul of the urea loading between the fertilizer plant and the land harbour Brunsbuttel-Easter moor:

After 21 years company and six million tonnes of envelope our skilled workers of 6,200 m ² big layout took care.

The problem definition:

The old, asbestos-containing wall disguising had to be dismantled and be decontaminated expertly.
The complete Förderbananlage it was checked; a great share of the layout had to be renewed. The steel construction indicated considerable shortages in wide areas, so that these shares had to be exchanged.

Then the whole complex was radiated according to SATURDAY 2.5. By the application of our mobile processing layout on site we mastered this work with only 50 tonnes of ray means.
There followed the preservation of the layout with four paintings, besides, 7,000 kg of coating material free of solvent were used. Then there followed the mounting of the new wall disguising.

Also the planning and coordination of the works with the responsible authorities (labour inspectorate, office for land supervision and water supervision) was taken over from KorroService.

32 days were available to us for the order processing. Already after 29 days (and nights) we could close the complete order.
